This post is Fixed Term to 28/03/27.
\nAs this post is part time, term time, the salary will be pro-rata to the hours worked.
\nThe work pattern for this post will be Monday - Friday 8.45am - 2.45pm with a 30 minute unpaid break or hours agreed with the Head Teacher to meet the needs of the centre.

\nThis post is peripatetic, and successful applicant may be relocated to a different centre at any time, based on service needs.
\nApplicants are required to be registered with, and maintain registration with, the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a Support Worker in Day Care of Children’s Services within 3 months of appointment.

Requirements\nThis post is considered as Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here.
\n Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council. Responsibilities\nThe employment for which you are applying is excepted from the provisions of section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975.
