IT Support Technician/ IT 技术支持专员
- 配合总部 IT 团队，开展 IT 网络、服务器及基础设施的规划、部署、升级、优化与改造工作； Cooperating with the HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT network/server/infrastructure;
- 诊断并解决软硬件故障问题； Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues;
- 管理 IT 资产清单，涵盖硬件设备、软件许可证及保修信息；Management of the IT inventory, including hardware items as well as software licenses and warranties;
- 协同总部 IT 团队落实网络安全相关工作； Cooperating with the HQ IT team to implement network security;
- 高效响应 IT 支持需求，通过与总部 IT 团队协作提供解决方案； Efficiently and effectively responding to requests for IT support and providing solutions by cooperating with the HQ IT team;
- 作为公司内部 IT 支持的第一对接人； Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization;
- 为员工准备电脑、笔记本等 IT 设备，并管理办公用计算机及其他 IT 设备； Preparing computers/laptops and other IT equipment for employees, and managing computers and other IT office equipment;
- 完成其他相关工作及临时交办的任务。 Other related activities and contingent assignments.
- 计算机科学或 IT 相关专业学士学位； Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors;
- 优先考虑具备 3 年及以上 IT 或网络相关工作经验者； Preferably 3 years of IT/network-related work experience;
- 持有思科 CCNA、思科 CCNP 认证或 ITIL 认证者将更具优势； Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP or ITIL certifications advantageous;
- 英语语言能力流利； Fluent English language skills;
- 必须具备中文沟通能力（母语或接近母语水平）； Chinese speaking is essential (native or near-native proficiency);
- 优秀的沟通能力与组织协调能力；Excellent communication and organization skills;
- 具备独立解决问题及决策的能力；Independent problem-solving and decision making skills;
- 拥有在英国合法工作的资格。Eligible to work in the UK.
