Project Architect

Our Client, has a requirement for an Architect, who will be required to work on a contract basis in London or Epsom.

Role Purpose:

To deliver high-quality architectural design and technical solutions across multiple sectors, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves leading projects from concept to completion while contributing to the design excellence and reputation of the client

Job Role Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver architectural projects through all RIBA stages.

Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and designers to develop innovative, pragmatic design solutions.

Manage design coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Prepare high-quality design documentation, presentations, and reports.

Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and clients quality standards.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of design culture within the studio.

Support business development and maintain client relationships.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Must hold current and active SC Clearance to apply.

RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration.

Proven experience delivering projects across Education, Transportation, Commercial, and Public sectors.

Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, detailing, and construction methodologies.

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools such as Enscape or V-Ray.

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and managing project budgets/programmes.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Highly motivated, organised, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Passionate about design quality, sustainability, and technical excellence.
