Description
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Senior Executive group within the wider Employment team. This specialist team advises high-earning individuals, CEOs, founders, board members, LLP members, and shareholders on all aspects of their careers, from entry to exit.
You will work closely with partners on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Discrimination, whistleblowing, and bonus disputes (Employment Tribunal and High Court)
- Complex contractual exits and settlement negotiations
- Reputation management and regulatory considerations
- Advising on equity arrangements and founder/shareholder rights
Profile
You'll be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with:
- 3-6 PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law (e. unfair dismissal, discrimination)
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- A proactive, commercial, and client-focused mindset
- A genuine interest in advising individuals at senior levels
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and development
