As a Commercial Litigation Partner, you will be joining a highly regarded dispute resolution team that's takes a pragmatic, commercial approach to resolving conflicts. You will play a leading role in identifying key issues early and shaping strategies that deliver efficient, business-driven outcomes for clients. Becoming a key part of this dynamic team, you will:

• Working alongside top-tier lawyers. You will oversee and assist with mentoring some of the more junior lawyers in the team.
• Advise a prestigious client base of domestic and international household names. Working with UHNW/HNW individuals on their portfolios.
• Handle high-value contract disputes, shareholder disputes, mediation, professional indemnity, fraud, licensing disputes and franchise disputes.
• Provide a strategic, commercially driven approach to dispute resolution, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that protect their interests while aligning with their wider business objectives.

Requirements:

• 10 + PQE years' experience in Commercial Litigation
• Denotation a strong ability for business development, bringing growth to the department.
• Extensive expertise across a broad range of commercial disputes; including contract, shareholder, professional indemnity, fraud, licensing and franchise matters.
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers while working collaboratively within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.
