Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in KS1 (Year 1 preferred).
  • A creative, reflective practitioner who brings energy and commitment to their teaching.
  • Strong understanding of early primary pedagogy and child development.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
  • A team player who shares the school’s commitment to inclusion and excellence.
