Shared ceramic studio space available in Leyton Industrial Village on Argall Avenue, Leyton (E10). A bright and beautiful studio, currently shared by four ceramicists/potters, each with their own dedicated working area.
I am looking for someone to either share my section of the studio with me, or take over the space fully. 24/7 access.
The space comes fully equipped with:
- 2 Shimpo wheels
- Workbench
- Shelving units
- Storage space
Shared access includes:
- Kiln Glaze area
- Extruder
Suitable for:
- Part-time makers
- Full-time makers
Pricing: £335/month for half the space OR £670/month for the full space, excluding electricity
Available from June/July onwards. Flexible move-in timing.
Location: Leyton Industrial Village, Argall Avenue, Leyton E10 7QP Approx. 10 min walk from Lea Bridge station and 55 and 56 bus routes. Short bus ride from Walthamstow
