This role requires an experienced and forward-thinking Finance Manager - managing a small team of finance business partners to provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of faculties. This is a high-impact role ensuring alignment with institutional goals and delivering high-quality support to stakeholders.As a senior financial partner, you will lead a dedicated team, manage resources, and drive service improvement initiatives. You will use your expertise to influence decision-making, strengthen understanding of business performance, and provide the analysis and insight needed to support strategic opportunities.Working closely with Senior Management, you will oversee the financial planning cycle, lead annual budget setting within agreed financial limits, and deliver consolidated reporting, forecasting and long-term planning.As a champion of innovation and continuous improvement, you will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen processes and support a culture of collaboration, inclusion and excellence.
