Affiliate Specialist (Hiring Immediately)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead and expand our affiliate and influencer marketing program. This role is responsible for developing high-performing partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators to drive brand awareness and revenue through a commission-based model. The ideal candidate has experience in affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven digital partnerships, with a deep understanding of the beauty and luxury space.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Affiliate & Partnership Management
· Develop, optimise, and manage the affiliate marketing program, identifying high-quality partners that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
· Build and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, and publishers, leveraging their audiences to drive sales via a commission-based model.
· Negotiate commission structures, incentive plans, and exclusive offers to maximize engagement and performance.
· Source and onboard new partners, ensuring a strong mix of beauty influencers, luxury lifestyle bloggers, and high-converting affiliates.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product, and creative) to ensure affiliate partnerships are integrated into broader brand campaigns and aligned with seasonal goals.
Performance Optimization & Reporting
· Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate and influencer performance, ensuring revenue growth and ROI maximization.
· Provide weekly and monthly reports on program effectiveness, including sales attribution, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
· Identify trends and opportunities to improve content strategies, partner selection, and commission structures.
· Implement A/B testing and performance-driven adjustments to enhance program effectiveness.
· Utilize data insights to recommend new strategies and refine existing tactics, ensuring continuous growth and success of affiliate partnerships.
Influencer & Creator Strategy
· Develop a targeted influencer outreach strategy to recruit high-impact creators who align with the brand’s luxury skincare aesthetic and audience.
· Provide affiliates and creators with high-quality branded assets, campaign briefs, and content guidelines.
· Oversee influencer-led affiliate campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer journey from content to conversion.
· Collaborate with the social and PR teams to amplify influencer-driven affiliate promotions.
· Measure and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, optimizing strategies to drive higher engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Compliance & Best Practices
· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in luxury affiliate and influencer marketing.
· Ensure all partnerships comply with legal guidelines, including FTC disclosure requirements.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
· 3-5 years of experience in digital content, client or network/agency side.
· Proficient in affiliate networks, including Rakuten, Awin, Shareasale, and Impact.
· Broad knowledge of other digital marketing channels, such as PPC, Display, Social Media, etc.
· Proven track record with a portfolio of creative projects that delivered measurable results.
Skills & Requirements:
· Proven experience in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships, ideally within the luxury skincare, beauty, or fashion sectors.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales attribution, and commission-based partnerships.
· Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a network of relevant affiliates and influencers.
· Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and tracking tools.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and PR teams.
