Business Analyst
We're looking for a Business Analyst for a public sector organisation, based in Straford (hybrid), on an initial 9-month contract, paying up to £470 per day (Inside IR35).
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office in London at least two days a week, and there's potential for international travel. The successful Business Analyst will join a new transformation project, managing stakeholder relationships and working independently across a complex change programme. You'll map and improve business processes, define and prioritise requirements, and produce the models and artefacts that turn business needs into deliverable work. You'll also help develop the wider BA community by sharing best practice and mentoring others. You will need proven experience working with the following: Business analysis on large, complex transformation programmesStakeholder management across senior and multidisciplinary audiences
Process mapping and business process improvement
Business modelling techniques and requirements elicitation and analysis
Defining artefacts such as problem statements, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements
Delivery across both public and private sectors, including tech and people transformation Experience mentoring or building a BA community and working within multidisciplinary delivery teams would be beneficial. A recognised Business Analysis qualification is required for this role. You'll need to hold or be eligible to obtain SC clearance. Interested? Please apply below.
