Part Time Bartender

We’re looking for a Part Time Bartender to join our team at Phonox.

Our bar team plays a vital role in the night. You’re at the centre of the room. You keep things moving. You make sure every drink that leaves your bar is right. You’ll be responsible for serving beers, spirits and simple cocktails to spec, handling high volume service with confidence, and keeping your section stocked, clean and ready for the rush. On busy club nights with world class DJs and a packed dancefloor, you’ll stay calm, focused and sharp, even when the orders don’t stop.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve drinks quickly and accurately
• Follow specs and maintain high standards on every pour
• Keep your bar clean, organised and fully stocked
• Work closely with your team to keep service flowing
• Bring steady, positive energy to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a fast paced, high volume bar
• Confident and organised under pressure
• Friendly, direct and guest focused
• Reliable and detail driven
• Comfortable working late nights and weekends
• A genuine love of music, club culture and proper hospitality

What to Expect

• Competitive pay: £13 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday.
