Sales Manager CPG Food Vertical
What You'll Do:

As a Sales Manager within the CPG Food Team, reporting to the CPG Sale Team Manager, you will be expected to win new business, nurture prospects, grow existing clients, initiate and manage a multi-product proposition sales cycle to close.
You will be working with some of the largest & well-known brands and agencies, to draw up sales account plans, be responsible for forecasting to achieve quarterly targets and facilitate joint business planning meetings as well as strategic growth development conversations.
Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales, creating long term connections which ultimately lead to sustainable, repeat business
Continuously prospect and pitch to agency teams (planners, buyers, digital and account leads) looking to drive sales and education of Criteo’s Commerce Media proposition
Confidently run meetings, pitch sessions, agency days and bespoke events for agencies and brands
Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS, …) and use that to fuel business with both existing agency clients, and targeted New Business leads
Reach and exceed business development goals while contributing to overall team goals
Full responsibility for winning a target list of major new business prospects
Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands and agencies
Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams
Identify and understand trends within the Retail industry, what makes a campaign successful and apply learnings to help generate further new business
Attend major industry events to build a strong network
Accurate pipeline management and ownership of both new & existing opportunities across multiple products
Work closely with the Account Strategist team members to leverage existing contacts and identify new opportunities
Who You Are:
Digital media sales (display, search and eCommerce) or ad-tech experience
Prior experience working for/with media agencies (with established key agency contact relationships desirable)
Knowledgeable and experienced in working with and closing business from Tier 1 CPG food brands
Face-to-face client sales (this is a hybrid role, some in-person client visibility is expected)
Ability to autonomously own client relationships and problem solving with the ability to effectively handle objections
Result-driven as an individual but also as part of a team goal
Strong evidenced track record of driving new business
Ability to offer exceptional client servicing and understand clients business needs to position solutions in a timely and personalised way
Strong, confident presenter with understanding of Sales methodology (e.g. BANT, MEDPICC, LAER frameworks)
Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors across clients at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-moving company
