Site Supervisor

About the Role
- £29,430 - £31,257 + 3% Bonus + Benefits
- Based at our Victoria Road, Ruislip location
- Shifts are 4 days on / 4 days off shift
Essential - IOSH Managing safely
Desirable - WAMITAB
What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily running of the site operations ensuring full compliance on the site.
Ensuring the efficient deployment of staff and resources, this will mean you will need to:
- work closely with the other members of the team and contribute to ensuring we provide the best service to our clients and customers
- supervise personnel and fixed plant, monitoring quality and continually striving to implement process improvements
- collating working hours of staff for payroll on a monthly basis, maintain budgetary control over operations, order equipment and resource for the site.
You will also be responsible for ensuring activities of all employees comply with SUEZ’s policies & procedures and relevant Health & Safety legislation.
What are the requirements?
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for recycling coupled with strong communication skills and be able to bring your experience of supervising and developing engaged teams to meet very high operational standards. Additional experience includes:
- Essential - IOSH Managing safely
- Desirable - WAMITAB
- A broad knowledge of plant equipment is desirable, but not essential, as training is provided.
