Operative

Are you a skilled and motivated Operative looking for your next big opportunity? In this role, you'll be a key player in our site operations, reporting directly to the Senior Supervisor. From raw materials and storage to production, dispatch, and housekeeping, you'll be hands-on across every stage - all while upholding the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols. What You'll Be Doing This role is all about keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll take ownership of tasks that make a real impact, including:

• Achieving daily production targets and driving performance
• Recording and reporting quality data to maintain high standards
• Loading and unloading products from plant and vehicles with care
• Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to help the site evolve
  We're looking for an Operative who brings experience, energy, and a commitment to excellence. Ideally, you'll have a background in production and dispatch and in addition, experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial to your application:
• Clear communicator with strong numeracy skills
• A mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck
• Team player who thrives on collaboration
• Hands-on experience with manual handling
