Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the commercial finance agenda, providing insight and challenge across revenue, WIP, job profitability, recoverability and working capital.

You will act as a key finance partner to Client Services, helping teams understand the financial performance of their clients and projects and challenging where necessary to improve commercial outcomes.

- Lead regular revenue reviews, analysing time versus revenue and challenging significant variances.
- Partner with Client Services on SOWs, scoping, pricing, recoverability and profitability.
- Lead regular recoverability reviews, identifying risks and driving actions through to resolution.
- Own the WIP process, ensuring third–party costs are accurately captured, reconciled and billed promptly.

- Lead WIP reviews with Client Services and provide clear recommendations to financial challenges.
- Oversee billing and ensure revenue and costs are appropriately recognised.
- Review client profitability and utilisation, providing meaningful insight to senior stakeholders.
