Providing tailored 1:1 support for a child with SEN in Year 3.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Supporting pupils in small groups where needed.
Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and engagement in learning.
Helping with classroom preparation, organisation, and resources.
Contributing to the wider school community and its values.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children, ideally supporting those with SEN.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
Commitment to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.
