Admissions & Sales Consultant

Each summer, we welcome students from around the world to take part in rigorous academic streams, inspiring tutorials, and cultural activities that build confidence, critical thinking, and global perspectives.

Job Description: The Oxbridge Summer Scholar (OSS) team is seeking a dedicated and organized Admissions & Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for education, we invite you to apply.
What this role is responsible for:
- Consulting with parents and families interested in the Oxbridge Summer Scholars program: explaining the application process, program details, and benefits.
- Conducting interviews with prospective students to assess fit and readiness for the program, providing recommendations on admissions.
- Managing the first-touch sales process, including responding to enquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring accurate data entry in CRM (Salesforce).
- Following up with students and families throughout the admissions journey to ensure timely decisions and smooth onboarding.
- Updating lead records and tracking movement through the sales and admissions pipeline.
- Establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationships with families and students.
- Continuously improving admissions and sales techniques while staying updated on education market trends.
- Preparing accurate fortnightly reports on admissions and sales progress.

- High-quality consultations with parents and students that lead to strong conversion rates.
- Accurate identification of students who are the right fit for the program.
- Consistent achievement of sales and enrolment targets.
- Smooth onboarding of admitted students, ensuring high family satisfaction.
- Professional and timely resolution of family enquiries and concerns.
- Strong collaboration with academic team.
- Accurate and timely CRM data management.
- Clear, concise admissions and sales reports delivered on schedule.
- Constructive feedback shared to improve admissions and sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Background in Customer Service or Customer Success
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain program details to families and students
- Confident interpersonal skills, with experience consulting parents and interviewing students
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, balance admissions and sales priorities, and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, or an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), with confidence in data entry and reporting
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- University degree required (preferably from a top-ranking UK university)
