A leading secondary school in Haringey is looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join its senior leadership support team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role
As HR Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of Human Resources, balancing strategic planning with operational excellence to ensure the school continues to be an employer of choice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading recruitment, onboarding, and safer recruitment processes
Advising senior leaders on employee relations, absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters
Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
Managing HR systems, contracts, personnel records, and payroll amendments
Producing workforce analytics and reports to support strategic planning
Leading staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives
Supporting organisational change, succession planning, and workforce development
Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience

The Successful Candidate

You'll have excellent knowledge of UK employment law, experience leading complex HR casework, and the confidence to provide strategic advice to senior leaders. You'll also be highly organised, approachable, and passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.

Salary & Benefits
£52,000–£62,000 per annum
