Growth Marketing Associate
Stream was founded with the mission to provide fair financial tools to the everyday worker. Offered through destination employers like Greene King, Bupa, Burger King, Asda and the NHS, our award-winning platform helps over three million people to earn, learn, save, spend and borrow on their own terms, all in one smartphone app.
Stream is unique: VC backed and growing at scale, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading impact funds were our founding investors, and we operate on a social charter, which means every product and service we create must measurably improve financial wellbeing.
You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people across Europe and the USA, building a category-defining product, and united by that same mission.
The Opportunity:
This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, analytics, and credit.
You’ll own and evolve organic growth campaigns delivered through the Stream app, using data, experimentation, and thoughtful customer segmentation to drive applications while protecting customer experience.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership. You’ll work closely with senior growth and credit leaders and be mentored by one of the strongest performers in the team.
What will you be doing?
Build, run, and optimise in-app growth campaigns that drive credit applications
Design and manage customer segmentation to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time
Use SQL and BI tools to analyse performance, build dashboards, and self-serve insights
Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience
Balance growth performance with long-term engagement and complaint risk
Collaborate closely with Credit, Product, and Growth stakeholders
What experience might you have? (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you!)
2-4 years in growth / performance marketing roles and / or credit marketing roles
Analytical / quantitative background eg STEM degree
Evidence of delivering ongoing and sustained improvement in organic and paid marketing channels through creative optimisation, targeting optimisation and channel optimisation
Familiarity with tools and strategies for driving customer acquisition & retention
Strong skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise strategies, and understand customer behaviours
Previous experience in B2C digital businesses and/or fast-paced scale-up environments
Fintech experience valued but not essential

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
A self-sustaining organic growth engine within the app
More sophisticated, dynamic customer segmentation and profiling
High application volumes delivered in a thoughtful, customer-first way
Fresh, well-rotated messaging that improves engagement and reduces friction
Clear, data-backed insight into what’s driving growth and why
