The role:
Supporting a busy Facilities function, the Technical Services Coordinator will deliver effective technical, fabric, and portering support across the estate. You’ll ensure buildings are well-maintained, compliant, and presented to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, decoration, and landscaping.
Complete compliance tasks (PPMs, PAT testing, water testing).
Conduct regular inspections and escalate out-of-scope works.
Support FM team with moves, set-ups, portering, and reactive requests.
Act as Fire Marshal/First Aider when on site.
