Who we're looking for

• QTS/QTLS, a relevant degree, or experienced HLTA

• Minimum 2 years' teaching or tutoring experience

• A genuine ability to build trust with young people and adapt to how they learn

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one, which we can facilitate)

What you'll be doing You'll deliver 1:1 or small-group daytime sessions, mainly in Maths, English and Science, though other subjects may come up too. You’ll primarily be in person, in schools, local centres, hired rooms, sometimes a student's home, but occasionally some students require online tuition. You'll plan sessions around real academic and personal goals, track progress, and work collaboratively with the student and referring school.
