Master Technician

Location: Romford (RM3)
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 per annum + uncapped bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday + 1-in-4 Saturday mornings (rota)

Top Master Technicians here are earning an additional £12,000 on average, thanks to our uncapped bonus structure, plus £300 per quarter through our VoC (Voice of Customer) bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Master Technician, you’ll be central to delivering the highest levels of service and technical excellence. Your role will focus on:

Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the very highest standards.
Using your expertise to support colleagues, Service Advisors, and Workshop Control.
Communicating clearly with customers when technical knowledge or reassurance is required.
Ensuring every job meets our commitment to quality, safety, and customer loyalty.
Keeping your technical knowledge up to date across our product range.

You’ll be respected as the expert in the workshop, but also part of a collaborative team working together to deliver value to our customers and the business.

What You’ll Have

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and the right values:

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Master Technician accreditation (any manufacturer/brand).
Fully equipped with your own tools.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience as a Technical Expert / Co-Tech with Renault, Nissan, or Dacia is desirable, but not essential – we offer fast-track courses to support brand transfer for Gold- and Master-level Technicians.
