Head of Finance
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Run the entire management accounting process.
- Work on IT implementations with the IT Team.
- Set up a FP&A function.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage and optimise the organisation's financial systems and processes.
- Provide strategic advice to the leadership team on financial matters.
- Supervise a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
