West London | Full-Time | Clinical Leadership Role
This is not a lead in title only role.
A high-quality, well-run practice in West London is looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take clinical ownership, shape standards, and genuinely influence how the practice operates day to day.
If you're ready to step up, lead from the front, and still enjoy being hands-on clinically — this one hits the sweet spot.
The Role
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week
- Weekend rota: 1 in 6
- Lead clinical decision-making and uphold best practice standards
- Support, mentor, and develop the wider veterinary team
- Balance leadership responsibilities with a strong clinical caseload
- Play a key role in the continued growth and direction of the practice
