What You'll Do:
As our Sales Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Proactively generating and following up on leads in designated geographical areas.
• Recruiting new members to the Society, helping us grow our community of transport professionals.
• Managing existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with our valued clients.
• Collaborating with your colleagues in the Sales & Development team to achieve collective success.

Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong background in sales with a proven ability to bring in new business.
• Experience in the insurance or transport industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to present and pitch at various levels.
• A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
