What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for care and office-based roles
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews

  • Supporting candidates through onboarding and compliance checks
  • Building relationships with local communities, job centres and recruitment partners
  • Creating engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate records using our recruitment systems
  • Supporting recruitment projects and ideas to help grow the business

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous recruitment, resourcing or administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A confident and professional manner
  • Someone proactive, positive and able to work at pace
  • Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
  • A team player who enjoys building relationships
  • Experience in care recruitment

What you’ll get from us:

  • A supportive and welcoming team environment
  • Opportunity to develop and grow within a successful organisation
  • A role where your ideas and input are genuinely valued
  • Fun, energetic office culture with a strong team spirit
  • The chance to make a real difference by helping us recruit exceptional people
  • Employment assistance programme

If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and wants to be part of a professional but fun team, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and become part of something special.
