Come and join our award winning teams - we are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team at London. Location: WC2R0DT Rate of pay: £16.36 per hour Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 15:30 Key responsibilities- Manage a team of 4 to deliver busy breakfast and lunch service.
- Oversee all aspects of health & safety, quality, and achieving commercial targets.
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and timely service for up to approximately 180 covers per day.
- Deliver contract catering and canteen-style service.
- Support the Chef Manager with food production, menu writing, and developing innovative food ideas.
- Lead the kitchen in the Chef Manager’s absence.
- Maintain excellent cooking skills with attention to detail and presentation.
- Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills.
