NPD Manager
- Develop and refine new product concepts aligned with brand positioning and market opportunities
- Oversee full critical path management, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to brief
- Source packaging, materials, and design inspiration to ensure products remain innovative and trend-led
- Collaborate with licensor's, suppliers, and internal teams across design, sales, operations and marketing
- Manage commercial feasibility, target costings, margins and budgets for all projects
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support marketing and in‑store communications for launches
- Present product concepts and launch plans to internal teams and external brand partners
