Early Years Educator
Location: Lambeth - near West Norwood Station

Daily Rate: £90-£115 per day About the Role A warm and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join their dedicated EYFS team from 10th November. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's early development across all areas of learning, helping to build strong foundations for future academic and personal success. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering a stimulating EYFS curriculum. Lead small group and individual learning sessions to promote progress and engagement. Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Observe and record children's development and contribute to assessments. Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Candidate Requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent - essential. Previous experience as an Early Years Educator or Nursery Practitioner. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners. Why Apply?
