About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Temporary Enrolment Assistants to support our busy early enrolment (June 2026) and main enrolment periods (August 2026 to October 2026). You'll play a vital role in ensuring students experience a smooth, welcoming, and efficient enrolment journey across our colleges.

We are recruiting for two types of enrolment support roles:

• Centre Information Assistants (Student Services) - welcoming students, providing information, and supporting general enquiries.
• Funding Assessors (Student Funding Support) - checking eligibility and processing student funding.

About You:

We are looking for motivated individuals who:

• Have excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Are positive, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Can learn quickly and provide outstanding service to students and stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• GCSE English and Maths (A -C / Grade 9-4) or equivalent.
• Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
• Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Professional, friendly, and supportive attitude to represent the College Group.

• Tottenham Campus
• Enfield Campus

You will be given the option to choose your preferred site, however, we will not be able to guarantee your preference, based on availability
