To drive continued growth, we are recruiting for a Solutions Engineer to join our Pre-Sales Team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Extracting, understanding, and capturing the technical requirements of our Prospects in their Engineering R&D Use Cases and Workflows.
  • Assessing the technical value of an AI solution to the Prospect's business problem, and then communicating that value clearly to commercial and technical stakeholders in the Prospect's organisation.
  • Performing Feasibility Assessments of the AI solution and scoping it appropriately for successful completion.
  • Learning the current and continually evolving capabilities of the Monolith AI no-code Data Science platform and prototyping custom Prospect AI workflows and AI solutions in it using Prospect data.
  • Working collaboratively alongside the Sales team to progress a Deal through the various stages of a Sales cycle, up until the handover of the now Customer account to the internal Implementation team.
  • Maintaining technical ownership of the deal throughout, and proactively contributing to a timely and successful close.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders from Customer Success, Product, Data Science and Legal around Deals to ensure appropriate technical handovers and touchpoints across the Monolith AI organisations take place.

Required skills and attributes

  • You have a STEM degree or relevant experience
  • You are experienced in an Engineering industry or sector
  • You have an interest in Data / Data Science / AI / ML / Software Development
  • You are passionate about working with prospects in a technical capacity
  • You enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
  • You enjoy identifying technical opportunities for prospects to add value to their operations

Bonus:

• You worked in a start-up or have knowledge of working in a start-up environment.

• You have experience in the automotive industry.
