Nursery Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:45 pm
Start Date: ASAP

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant (Nursery TA) to join a vibrant and nurturing school nursery provision in Tower Hamlets . Your role will involve providing both 1:1 and group support, and fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for the children. You will be working closely with teachers and staff to support children's educational and personal development while encouraging positive behaviours and social skills. As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will be: * Provide 1:1 and group support within the nursery setting, encouraging positive learning and social interactions.
* Assist with nappy changing and personal care, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
* Support children in developing essential skills through structured play and activities.
* Help to create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to support the overall learning objectives.
* Implement strategies to enhance children's confidence and independence.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Nursery Teaching Assistant (Nursery TA) Qualification: * Previous experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting .
* Confidence in providing nappy changing and personal care support.
* A nurturing and patient personality, with a passion for early childhood development.
* Ability to deliver 1:1 support and facilitate small group activities.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively alongside staff members.
* An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one. Benefits: * Competitive daily rate.
