📌 Role Overview
We are looking for a Country Manager UK to lead and grow our operations in one of GuestReady’s most strategic markets. This role is a unique opportunity to combine hospitality operations, sales, and real estate know-how with a strong entrepreneurial drive. You will be responsible for growing the UK portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong owner relationships while leading and developing the local team.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Market Leadership
Own the full multi-million GBP P&L responsibility for the UK business.
Define and execute the UK market growth strategy in line with global objectives.
Represent GuestReady in the UK as the face of the company with owners, partners, and other stakeholders.
Growth & Sales
Drive property acquisitions and portfolio growth across the UK, with a strong focus on innovative hospitality and real estate opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and partners, ensuring trust and fostering long-term collaboration.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Operations & Service Delivery
Strategic responsibility for ensuring excellent guest and owner experiences.
Partner closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient, scalable processes and day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal frameworks in the UK property/hospitality sector.
Team & Culture
Lead, coach, and develop the UK team (20 people), fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
Encourage team presence and engagement at the London office, strengthening local team spirit.
Act as a role model for GuestReady’s values and entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements
Experience & Background
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in hospitality/real estate sectors (e.g., short-term rentals (STR), property management, PropTech, co-living, co-working), with transferable skills directly applicable to the STR industry, and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in sales, growth, and business development with P&L ownership.
Solid operational understanding of property/hospitality management.
Management experience leading cross-functional teams.

Strong commercial acumen, including a deep understanding of the UK property market.
