Salary: £37k - Monday to Friday

The role would be ideal for a passionate deputy manager or supervisor in a similar role, looking after 3 dedicated, multi-skilled front of house team members, servicing a new barista coffee shop, with grab and go offer and hospitality for client meetings.

• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards

• Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business

• Previous experience commensurate with role, be that deputy or supervisory
• Have a contagious passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• You draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team
• Financially astute and knows how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance 
• Excellent delegation and influencing skills
• Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
• Concise and effective verbal and written communication
