About the Role

The App Product Development team is at the core of SharkNinja's connected ecosystem, responsible for delivering seamless, high quality digital experiences across multiple product categories. As a Product Developer Tech (PD T), you will act as a product CEO for key app experiences and platforms, driving end to end development from concept through launch and iteration. You will partner closely with TPMs, development engineering, UX/UI, data, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, consumer centric digital experiences that enhance the value of SharkNinja products. You will serve as both a technical product leader and a consumer advocate, ensuring our apps are intuitive, cohesive, and deliver best in class user experiences across all categories.

What You'll Do

You will lead the development and evolution of SharkNinja's app ecosystem across multiple product categories, owning day to day management of product requirements, feature enhancements, and experience improvements, while championing scalable platform capabilities such as connectivity, personalization, and data driven features that can be leveraged across categories. You will define, develop, and iterate app requirements for digital and connected experiences, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints, and will partner closely with software engineering to translate insights into robust, extensible, and reusable solutions.

You will partner deeply with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive, elegant, and consistent user experiences across the app ecosystem, contributing to interaction design, information architecture, and user flows to ensure alignment with consumer needs and brand standards, and advocating for usability, accessibility, and design consistency across categories. You will work closely with TPMs, engineering, UX/UI, data, marketing, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration between physical products and digital experiences, driving alignment across global teams and facilitating clear decision making in a matrixed environment.

You will leverage customer feedback, usability testing, and behavioral data to continuously improve app experiences, translating insights into actionable product and design improvements that reduce friction and increase engagement. You will identify opportunities to standardize and scale UX patterns and platform capabilities across categories, such as onboarding, device pairing, navigation systems, notifications, and account systems, contributing to building a cohesive SharkNinja app ecosystem.

You will partner with QA, UX, and engineering to define and uphold high standards for app quality, including usability, accessibility, performance, and reliability, driving improvements based on analytics, customer feedback, and testing results. You will own product timelines, prioritize initiatives, and manage multiple concurrent app programs in a fast paced environment, ensuring predictable delivery while maintaining flexibility to iterate based on learnings.
