Social Worker ASYE - Children with Disabilities Team

* Develop, prepare, and implement plans of work with children and their families based on meticulous assessments
* Support children and families to maintain a safe environment within the family network
* Commission services aimed at minimising risks and enhancing the quality of life for service users and their carers
* Aid individuals, families, carers, and groups in representing their views in meetings affecting them
* Engage effectively with partner agencies to improve services
* Work towards family reunification when appropriate and manage care proceedings if necessary
* Develop care plans for children looked after by the authority, ensuring they align with pertinent procedures
* Prepare and present various reports, such as those for court, child care reviews, and planning meetings
