Head of Process Excellence & Business Change

Reporting to the VP – Transformation, you will play a critical role in enabling strategic growth and delivering sustainable transformation across the organisation. Leading a team of Business Process Owners and change professionals, you will shape how the organisation designs, improves and embeds end-to-end processes and business change initiatives—ensuring they are scalable, future-fit and aligned to enterprise priorities. Working closely with business leaders, Transformation and IT, you will connect operational needs with strategic ambition and ensure that transformation translates into measurable, lasting business outcomes.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can bring structure, consistency and momentum to process excellence and change. You will establish and evolve enterprise-wide approaches to process optimisation, continuous improvement and change adoption, using disciplines such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and structured change management. By building strong process ownership, robust governance and a high-performing community of practitioners, you will help create a culture of operational excellence and organisational readiness—ensuring improvements are not only designed effectively, but adopted, embedded and sustained across the enterprise.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Substantial experience across business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence and business change;

• Strong expertise in end-to-end process design, continuous improvement and change adoption, using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and recognised change methodologies;

• Experience in process/change governance, KPIs, benefits realisation, risk management and performance reporting;

• Experience with digital transformation and tools such as Power BI, Excel and process modelling platforms (e.g. Visio, ARIS or Signavio);

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and embed sustainable change.

What does hybrid working mean to us?

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
