Estate Management - Regional Lead

The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Lead to oversee a portfolio of residential estates and lead a team in delivering outstanding service to our customers.
This is more than just estate management – this is about taking ownership, driving results, and being the heartbeat of estate operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
As our Regional Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
- Financial Management: Preparing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring financial performance aligns with both present needs and future obligations.
- Maintenance Oversight: Implementing and managing both planned and reactive maintenance across your estate portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Leading meetings, drafting high-quality correspondence, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, Directors, and external partners.
- Team Leadership: Supporting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team of Estate Managers to meet KPIs and uphold service excellence.

Encore operate a hybrid working model, for this role the requirement is 2 days in the office, 2 days from home and 1 day on site.
