Import Clerk
Right Now Group are currently looking for an Import Clerk for our client based in Hounslow. This company is a leading international logistics and freight forwarding company, specialising in global supply chain solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all import documentation, coordinating with customs and shipping agencies, and ensuring timely and accurate clearance of imported goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import documentation according to customs regulations
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Liaise with shipping companies, customs brokers, and government agencies.
- Maintain accurate records of imports and related documentation.
- Resolve any issues or delays with customs or shipping.
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate processes efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all international import regulations and company policies.

Salary
£30,000 to £35,000 DOE
Key Skills & Experience Requirements
- Strong understanding of import regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Incoterms and freight documentation is an advantage.
