Finance Business Partner – EV Charging Europe
Location: BYD UK Office

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support the growth of our EV Charging business across Europe.
This role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial, commercial and investment support, drive business performance, and support the sustainable growth of the EV Charging network.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the Finance Business Partner for the European EV Charging business.
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis.
3. Develop financial models and business cases for EV Charging projects, including CAPEX, ROI, NPV, IRR and payback analysis.
4. Support pricing, profitability and commercial decision-making.
5. Monitor key business and financial KPIs across countries and charging sites.
6. Support investment decisions and network expansion planning.
7. Provide management reporting and financial insights to senior stakeholders.
8. Work closely with Business, Legal, Tax, Financing, Treasury, IT and country teams on key projects and initiatives.
9. Identify financial and commercial risks and support improvement actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Project Finance or Business Controlling.
- Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate business issues into financial insights.
- Experience in EV Charging, Energy, Automotive, Infrastructure or New Energy is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Chinese language capability is a strong advantage.
