About the Role
As Exams Officer, you will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and delivery of all examinations within the school. You will work closely with teaching staff, leadership, and external exam boards to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and administering internal and external examinations

  • Managing exam timetables, entries, and room allocations

  • Communicating with exam boards, staff, and pupils regarding exam arrangements

  • Ensuring compliance with examination regulations and procedures

  • Maintaining accurate records of entries, results, and certificates

  • Preparing reports and analysis of exam outcomes for leadership teams

  • Supporting staff and pupils with exam queries and special arrangements
