Senior Operations Officer
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in Central London for a Senior Operations Officer to join their Estates & Facilities team.
In this role, you’ll oversee helpdesk operations, manage resource allocation, and support the delivery of maintenance and facilities services. This is a great opportunity for someone with operations or facilities management experience looking to develop in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:

Manage helpdesk operations, prioritising and resolving requests.
*
Allocate staff and resources across Estates & Facilities.
*
Support planned preventative maintenance and monitor service delivery.
*
Act as first point of contact for Estates & Facilities queries.
*
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier relationships.
*
Ensure health, safety, and compliance requirements are met.
*
Provide operational support to the Operations Manager and wider team.
About you:
*
Proven experience in operations or facilities management.
*
Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*
Confident IT user (CAFM/finance system knowledge desirable).
*
Proactive, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement.
📍 Location: Central London
💰 Salary: £34,500 – £39,000
⏰ Hours: Full-time, permanent, 35 hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm)
