The Role

You’ll be at the forefront of complex employment matters, advising on:
• Equality and discrimination cases
• Employment tribunals
• Redundancy and restructure
• TUPE agreements and employment terminations
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Leading client meetings and negotiations
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members

You’ll manage your own caseload, support clients through sensitive disputes, and play a key role in shaping employment strategy across a diverse client base.
