Operations and Sales Coordinator

This exciting and varied opportunity is a pivotal part of the business. It will require the type of person who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to chase for information, gain detailed progress updates whilst keeping momentum going on a variety of ongoing cases. This full time (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) opportunity is being offered on a permanent basis. Particular attention will be given to those applicants with experience of working within property, legal, or a similar professionally regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless workflow across departments

* Support the sales team with client communications, proposals, and pipeline management

* Communicate potential delays to cases promptly to all stakeholders

* Utilise AI tools and digital systems to enhance efficiency and reporting

* Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

* Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction

About You

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

* Exquisite telephone manner

* Proficient with AI-driven platforms and business systems

* Previous experience in a highly regulated, professional industry (e.g. finance, legal, healthcare, insurance)

* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

* Solutions-focused with a positive, proactive attitude
