This role is central to that mission. As our Internal Comms & Employee Experience Manager, you’ll shape how we communicate, celebrate, and connect across our diverse teams and locations. You’ll be the voice behind our culture, driving engagement and ensuring our values are felt in every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of our internal communications strategy, aligned with our brand and values.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver segmented, impactful messaging across multiple channels.
• Own and evolve our communication tools and channel matrix, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Design and deliver key employee experience moments - from onboarding to recognition events and roadshows.
• Champion employee listening through surveys and feedback loops, translating insights into action.
• Collaborate with teams like Marketing, MHFA, and Social Committees to create a seamless and inclusive employee journey.
• Support leadership development through comms coaching and upskilling initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in internal communications or employee engagement, ideally in a multi-site or service-led environment.
• A strong grasp of the full employee lifecycle and how to elevate it through strategic interventions.
• Confidence in using digital platforms and tools to enhance communication and engagement.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and clarity.
• A passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing is a big plus.
