Administrator - Deposit and End of Tenancy Team
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Property Management Support Hub in our Aldgate office on a permanent basis.

Estate Agency experience is not necessary, as full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange end of tenancy check out appointments with external contractors
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth end of tenancy process
- Send relevant communications to all interested parties
- Register utility meter readings at the start and end of every tenancy
- Assist Deposit Team Property Managers and Administrators when required
- Document all actions and communication using our management software
- General Administrative Duties

- Ability and desire to work on your own initiative

- Ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure to ensure all deadlines are met
- A positive, confident attitude when working with new systems and taking instructions
- The role currently enjoys hybrid working, with some days requiring working from the office, based near Aldgate and some days working from home.
