Senior Quantity Surveyor

A respected multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for cost management duties across sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare and regeneration. Working across both pre-contract and post-contract stages, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers, architects and engineers to ensure robust cost control and successful project outcomes.

This position is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong UK consultancy experience who is looking to take on increased responsibility, manage varied workloads and progress within a supportive and collaborative environment. Ongoing development will be available, including support towards MRICS for those still working towards chartership.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost plans, budgets and procurement strategies
• Producing tender documentation and overseeing tender processes
• Managing valuations, change control and final accounts
• Providing clear advice on financial management and contract administration
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
• Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership
• Strong experience within a UK consultancy or multidisciplinary environment
• Broad sector exposure including residential or commercial
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and organised approach

In Return

• 45,000 - 55,000 per annum
