Senior Producer (Innovation)

The Role Noë & Associates is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Innovation Department. We are seeking a technical and creative leader to manage complex projects spanning Virtual Production, Digital Twins, CGI Animation, and multimedia software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Innovation: Oversee the planning and execution of cutting-edge projects from concept to completion.
• Technical Workflow Management: Manage production involving real-time rendering (Unreal Engine), 3D modeling, AI Content Production.
• Client & Proposal Leadership: Utilize strong writing and proposal writing skills to articulate complex scopes and deliver compelling presentations t o stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between designers, developers, and engineers while managing external vendors and animation studios.
• Project Controls: Develop detailed plans, risk assessments, and budgets using tools like Excel, Wrike, and Jira.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 8+ years in project management with a focus on technical projects.
• Technical Fluency: Familiarity with Game Engines (i.e. Unreal Engine, Unity) and 3D Software (i.e Max, Maya, Blender) is a major plus.
• Organization: Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Location: London, UK (Hybrid).
• Compensation: £75k–£90k GBP (depending on experience).
