As Head Waiter, you will be at the centre of service, orchestrating the flow between guests, the floor team and the kitchen with effortless grace. You’ll bring confidence, warmth and an intuitive understanding of the rhythm of a busy, high-end dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example in delivering seamless, intuitive and elevated service.

Support the leadership team in daily operations, pre-service briefings and floor management.

Guide and develop a small team of servers, fostering confidence and consistency.

Work closely with the culinary and sommelier teams to anticipate guest preferences.

Uphold and embody Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality — every guest interaction built on genuine connection and care.

Key Receptibilities:

Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

Strong communication and leadership skills with natural poise.

A passion for creating moments of genuine connection.

Deep appreciation for food, wine and the art of service.
