CRM Manager - Brand Hackers
CRM Manager - £37k-53k DOE
We help challenger brands fight smarter, think sharper, and win bigger.
We build experienced, dynamic and fractional teams that fit in like puzzle pieces – providing just the right knowledge and energy at the right time. We’re not your typical agency or a one-man show; we're a team of passionate professionals who eat, sleep, and breathe branding and marketing.
Our diverse team of experts covers all marketing mix elements, from brand strategy and social media to performance and web development and beyond and with over 100 brands under our belt, our Brand Hackers have a treasure trove of shared experiences. This wealth of knowledge fuels our creativity and gives us the edge.
We’re 4 years old and have grown from just 2 of us to 20+ people with knock-out case studies we’re really proud of and a serious growing reputation (even if we say so ourselves).
The Role: CRM Manager
As our brand partners continue to prioritise email marketing and CRM to support their growth, we are seeking an adept CRM Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting and diverse role which will see you doing a bit of everything from auditing CRM set-ups and performance, crafting a newsletter content strategy, implementing the strategy or managing a team of executives and freelance to deliver.
You'll be…
As a CRM Manager within the Brand Hackers team, you’ll be working across 4+ brands at any one time, either as part of wider team of Brand Hackers or working alongside their marketing team.

Producing CRM audits for our brand partners
Planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel CRM campaigns for exciting challenger brands (email, push, SMS) focused on engagement, retention, and loyalty
Copywriting and designing campaign emails, using in-house designed templates or creating your own, to produce standout campaign materials
Analysing and interpreting campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to test, learn, and push boundaries for our partner brands
Reporting key campaign outcomes, learnings, and insights to stakeholders
Acting as the main point of contact for your brand partners, with the opportunity to lead a squad of fractional marketers owning other marketing channels.
You'll have:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on CRM/email marketing experience, particularly with D2C FMCG brands
Strong understanding of Klaviyo, with the agility to work with Mailchimp and other CRM platforms
Demonstrable understanding of how to design customer journeys and personalise experiences within CRM
Excellent analytical skills
